This policy describes what this website does with information. The controller is Mass Density, Inc. It was written to match how the site actually works; please contact us with questions.
What we collect and why
- Contact and correction forms: the details you type (name, email, message, optional source link). We store them in the website’s admin so we can reply, and may email a copy to the team. A consent box is required.
- Newsletter: your email address and chosen topics, kept until you unsubscribe. We email a confirmation link first and do not subscribe anyone from the contact form. Email addresses are also kept in a hashed form to recognise repeat sign-ups.
- Anonymous counts: we count events such as searches and clicks per day, per project and placement. We do not store IP addresses, user agents or personal identifiers with these counts, and we set no analytics cookies. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can see the site-wide setting in the admin.
- Saved projects: kept only in your browser’s local storage. Only project IDs are sent to our server to display your cards, and they are not stored.
- Videos: players load only when you press “Load video player”. The video provider may then set cookies and receive your IP address under its own policy.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard access logs for security and operations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Our hosting and email providers process data for us. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete what we hold about you by using the contact form. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

We will update this page when practices change and show the date of the latest change below.
